Business development services normally start from £100.

A final price or quote will be provided before a customer agrees to purchase a service.
Additional features or changes requested after work has started may result in additional charges. We will tell the customer about these charges before carrying out the additional work.
Payment arrangements will be agreed before a project begins.
Depending on the project, CONTAX Holdings may request an upfront payment or deposit.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed with the customer.
We will not add unexpected charges without informing the customer first.
Customers may request reasonable changes during a project.
Large changes, additional features or work outside the original agreement may require a new quote or additional payment.
We will discuss this with the customer before carrying out additional paid work.
Any completion date or estimated delivery time will be discussed before work begins.
Some projects may take longer because of requested changes, technical problems, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant delay, we will aim to inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers must provide any information, files, images, branding or other materials reasonably required to complete their project.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that material they provide to us can legally be used.
Delays in receiving required information or materials may delay the project.
Website projects may involve third-party services such as domain providers, hosting companies, payment providers, plugins or external software.
Unless specifically included in the quote, third-party costs such as domain names, hosting subscriptions and paid software are not included in our prices.
We are not responsible for outages, changes or failures caused by independent third-party services.
Customers keep ownership of material they provide to CONTAX Holdings.
Unless otherwise agreed, once the customer has paid the full agreed price, they will receive the rights to the final work specifically created for their project.
Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins and other licensed materials remain subject to their original licences.
Advice, planning and support provided by CONTAX Holdings are intended to help customers develop their ideas and businesses.
Business success cannot be guaranteed. Results may depend on factors including the customer's decisions, market conditions, competition, funding and execution.
Where CONTAX Holdings offers a business, business concept or business package for sale, the exact items included will be explained before purchase.
This could include branding, websites, plans, digital assets or other agreed materials.
Purchasing a business package does not guarantee customers, revenue, profit or future business success.
Any transfer of ownership, assets or intellectual property will be confirmed as part of the individual sale agreement.
Cancellation and refund rights will depend on the type of service, how much work has already been completed and whether work has begun with the customer's agreement.
Where a customer has legal cancellation, refund or other consumer rights under UK law, these rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
If you need to cancel a project, contact us as soon as possible.
If there is a problem with a service we have provided, customers should contact us so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
We will aim to deal with complaints fairly and reasonably.
CONTAX Holdings will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or any rights provided to customers by law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services develop.
The terms applying to an existing project will normally be the terms that were agreed when the customer entered into that project, unless both sides agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any rights a consumer may have under applicable law.
