Wages at Contax Holdings

As a Branch Manager, you can expect to earn between £25,000 and £78,000 a year.

As a Supervisor, your earnings can range from £25,000 to £40,000 a year.

What is the Contax Dynamic Pay System?

The Contax Dynamic Pay System (CDP System) is our proprietary compensation structure designed to reward success. Your earnings are directly tied to your branch's performance: when your branch thrives and meets its targets, your pay increases. Conversely, if the branch experiences a slower period, compensation scales down to reflect that performance. It is a system built on shared success and accountability.
